Just wanted to mention my awesome experience at the affordable shoe store Famous Footwear. I used the "reserve shoe" option on line to place a hold until I could make in to the store. Y'see, I have two boys under the age of three. They don't allow me to have a decent shopping experience and apparently I can not just drop them off at a playground by themselves{sarcasm}. So I have been doing a lot of shopping on the internet, here comes in Famous Footwear. I found a pair of high heel shoes I adore. I reserved them on line and within an hour I got a confirmation email.... they were waiting for me at the store. Included in the email was a five dollar coupon for using the "reserve shoe" option. Not only are the shoes on sale but I got an additional coupon. Yay! I loaded up the kids (took at least 25 minutes) in the car and headed to the store. Once I arrived to the store (took at least 15 minutes to get the kids out of the car). I enter the store and was greeted with a smile. I told the sales clerk I reserved a pair of shoes. Guess what? They were behind the counter ready for me to try them on. And perfecto, they fit. I was in and out of the store within ten minutes. No time for the boys to get fussy. Whoo-Hoo! Oh, one more thing.. I would advise for anyone to sign up for their rewards card.
